I love the food at Fuji Mtn. There is a sushi bar, several hibachi tables and the bar for drinks. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. The arrangements are creative and the combination/texture is innovating. You have the basic sushi and the other exotic ones change from time to time. You have your standard hibachi menu selections and show the chef puts on, but you get a large portion of food. Edo is no comparison to Fuji.

This local Japanese entertainment venue used to be our families favorite. We've moved on to Edo, but still drop in as it is somewhat more expensive and just as crowded. The owners were above the standard aloof and disinterested, which smoothed over a 1 and a half hour wait one summer night. The gum treats at the end of the meal for the kids is a nice touch which other establishments can learn from

The usual Hibachi,but unusually good sushi.Go here instead of edo.
