Eat here if you enjoy a management style that takes a minor customer complaint as an excuse for overcharging your credit card with new charges before showing you the updated bill. I had a hair in my fruit that consisted of ONE sliced strawberry and half a kiwi. They charged me $3 instead of $2.50 as stated on the menu, and when we noticed, they took off 50 cents and charged $3 extra for a coffee that was supposed to come with the prix fixe meal.

The globe gets a bad knock for some reason, but the creative entrées and the nice atmosphere and the solid service make the globe a fine restaurant.

Food is ordinary and not memorable. Service is slow and indifferent. I am disappointed every time I go..No more visits for me.
