nice view food just OK, service need help has the look of an up scale resturant but the service does not live up to it. But on a nice night the view is great and may for some make up for it.

Confirmed reservation. Table not ready upon arrival. 45 min later we were seated. Then after waiting 10 minutes to be approached by anyone, we got up and left. In 35 years of frequenting the best restaurants in the world, I have never had such a terrible experience. I hear Chef Concalves is talented, but clearly he has no idea how to run a restaurant. Good grief.

Room and views are overrated. Nice vista of White Plains traffic, which was convenient for planning our escape to Mulino's. 42 is a zero.

Views breathtaking. Several seating areas, worth checking out. Lamb shank very good; salmon very good. Sides can be average. Great cocktails at current prices. Service has pretension of being better than it actually is. (Was very tempted to tip-down since they added 20% to bill & no server ever came to the table to get or offer anything once our order was placed).

Expensive - but- food quality has improved lately with elevated palette of flavors and options. Good wine list with attentive and polite staff. Incredible views.
