Run to AJ"s walking will waste too much time! AJ's is the most outstanding deal in New Rochelle. The menu choices are incredible, the staff is the friendliest and the food is DELICIOUS. Plus the discount coupon is perfect in this economic downturn. It pays to go to AJ's...what are you waiting for?BTW you must order the Lasanga Sandwich it is a TASTE SENSATION!!!

Every meal I had was different the multiple times I went there and each one was excellent. And the price couldn't have been more reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recomment this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderfulmeal. Paul Packer

One of the great local finds. All fresh ingredients. The burgers and hand cut fries on a potato roll are out of this world. I also love the cucumber salad. I wash it all down with a soothing vanilla shake! Besides burgers, you can get anything from prime aged rib eyes to steamers. The price is extremely reasonable. AJ is Alan J Cohen...a long-time local restaurateur. He runs a no-nonsense joint that is safe for your teens alone at night.

It may seem odd to take a date to a "Burger Joint" but AJ's on Sunday night was fantastic. Mario, the host or owner or waiter (he does it all) made us feel at home, like he had known us for years. He was pleasant, funny, but not intrusive. The food was excellent. We shared a burger which was served in a pan (so cool)with fresh cut fries. We also shared a sausage and hot pepper pizza. I can't wait to go back and try some other items on the menu.

can't beat the price and food! where can you buy one and get one dinner up to $15 from mon to thurs and still have leftovers? for two people it doesn't pay to shop and cook! eat at AJ's!
